These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Poke AI (the "Application"), provided by Unyted Inc. (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is intended to help users scan and analyze Pokémon trading cards, including identifying card details such as player name, card set, rarity, condition, and estimated market value.

The Application is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scan results, analyses, or value estimates.

2. No Professional or Financial Advice

Any pricing, rarity, or condition information provided by the Application is only an estimate and should not be considered financial, investment, or professional advice.

Users are solely responsible for verifying card details, market prices, and making any buying, selling, or trading decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases to unlock additional features.

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms are governed by Apple's App Store policies.
• The Service Provider does not directly handle payments or store payment information.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree that:

• You will use the Application only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application
• You understand that scan results may vary depending on image quality and external factors

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate third-party services (such as subscription management tools) that are subject to their own terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of scan results
• Market value estimates
• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Application

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Application
• Reliance on scan results or value estimates
• Errors, interruptions, or data loss

9. Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, without notice, if these Terms are violated.

Users may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
